The customer service was great and the atmosphere is very casual and friendly :). The food was okay given it had too much sauce. I know this place is fairly new and I’m all for helping small businesses so I’m going to give it another go.

Just finished our first time ordering takeout from this place and it's a new local favorite! The General Tso's was made with good-sized chunks of fresh chicken, had the perfect balance of sweet and spice, and wasn't syrupy like many versions. The lo mein was also great, and my husband said the Singapore mei fun was the spiciest he's had, which is a huge compliment!

Great food and friendly service! My family were in town for the weekend from Houston and craving Chinese food. We found this relatively new restaurant near our hotel. I ordered take out from here even though there aren't many reviews yet. The kids and the wife were all very happy with the quality and taste of the food!

This restaurant is fairly new and service is always great. I've visited here several times and never been disappointed. It replaced a different Chinese restaurant and in my opinion They are both yummy😋… so no gain nor loss in my eyes👀... I'm more of a stick to what you know type of person and this is what I get pretty much every time and it's always great!!! ALL lunch specials come with a soda and can't be substituted with an egg roll you have to purchase the egg roll separately.. Just FY

This is literally the best Chinese takeout we've had, and we get Chinese takeout a lot 🤣 we have tried multiple dishes and they all are amazing. The combo platters are the best value for a huge portion size that I've come across in town. The vegetables and meat are super fresh, and the meat isn't just all breading like some places. It's in a convenient spot close to campus which is a plus! The restaurant is very clean and the people seem nice. 100% will become our new monthly takeout spot.

My wife and I wanted Chinese food for dinner tonight. So I was having some occupational therapy and asked the people there for Chinese restaurant recommendations and someone mentioned this place. I am so glad that I asked and decided to try Dragon City Chinese Restaurant. We ordered a variety of things to be able to decide whether or not we liked the food and everything that we ordered was top notch. I love hot sour soup and their hot sour soup is the best I’ve ever had. Their vegetable fried rice and chicken lo mein are plentiful in portions and delicious in taste. The egg rolls were like any other restaurant the crab Rangoon were very good and the fried dumplings I haven’t tried yet because I’m too full tonight! I will try them in the very near future but I expect that they will be just as good as the rest of the food that we’ve had. This was the very first time eating food from this restaurant and it will not be the last! We will definitely be getting takeout from here again and if we decide to eat in the restaurant it’s very clean and has several booths and the staff are very friendly! So if you want Chinese food whether dining in or take out look no further! You have found the right place for food of the Chinese kind!

I absolutely love Dragon City. Service is fast. Amount of food you get for 8-12$ is way more than most places around Lexington. PLUS, my stomach always feels good after eating there. So they make real food, really well.

They are very friendly and accommodate requests. As many Chinese restaurants cook for the American, the food can be sweet and not very spicy. But if you put in comments, less sweet/more heat, they will do it! One of the better Chinese restaurants on our side of town.

I asked locals in Lexington where the best Chinese food could be found. They said Dragon City. They were not wrong. It was made to order and divine! I got sweet and sour chicken and crab ragoons. The ragoons were not overly sweet, which I loved. It came with a veggie spring roll full of cabbage and fried rice. Great food, I couldn’t eat it all, so I put it in the air fret to heat up when I got home and it was even better. The restaurant is small and not much to talk about. The staff were very friendly. The food was divine!! Vegan, vegetarian options Ok on kid friendly scale Not really wheel chair accessible, you could get one in but not down the hallway. Best to pick up a take out order or door dash if you use a wheelchair.

always quick with great service. the food is great and the portion sizes are generous, i havent been to a place with better sizes.
